Today the Tax Foundation released it’s 2010 Tax Freedom Day report.
Tax Freedom Day is the number of days that it will take the average person to pay their federal liability (not including deficits)- functionally, working for the government. This year’s Tax Freedom Day falls on April 9, 2010.
The Tax Foundation also announced the Tax Freedom Day by state in its full report.
